Tower Subsystem [Parity Systems]

Parity's Tower will hold up to 28 GB of disk storage in its 12 removabledrawers. Each drawer is a self-contained subsystem and has a powersupply, cooling fan, input and output connectors, ID switches, and a5.25-inch or 3.5-inch storage device.The Tower can support up to six buses. The buses can be any combinationof SCSI or IPI protocols. This makes the Tower an ideal subsystem toconnect to multiple CPUs and/or controllers.Any combination of Winchester or Optical disks, DATs, 8mm tape, orquarter-inch tape can be installed in the Tower. The Tower is field-expandable.
